1. IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF THE FIAMMA F45, F35,
AND F25 AWNINGS. LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL
EXPENSES, UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES IS EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow limitation on
how long an implied warranty lasts, or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to
you.
2. Any failure that results from accident, purchasers abuse, neglect, improper
maintenance, or failure to operate and use the product under normal conditions as
specified within the instructions provided.
3. Any failure that results from improper installation of the
product.
4. All labor expense must be borne by the purchaser after the first 30 days of
ownership.
Responsibilities of the Company under this warranty:
1. Fiamma will furnish, at no charge, replacement parts found by Company to be
defective, provided that Company receives notice of the defect within one year from date
of original purchase.
Responsibilities of the Purchaser under this warranty:
1. Purchaser will have to show dated proof of purchase to qualify for any credits
under provisions for coverage.
2. Promptly notify the seller, or alternately, the Company of any claim
hereunder.
3. At the option of the Company, return the product or part to Fiamma Orlando for
inspection. "Authorization to Return Form" must be obtained before any product
or part is returned.
4. All freight expenses to and from Company must be borne by the Purchaser. Parts found
to be defective within 30 days will be sent prepaid.
5. In addition to returning defective parts as aforedescribed, the Purchaser shall have
the option of requesting the Company to ship replacement parts to Purchaser on a C.O.D.
basis, payable by Purchaser at the full retail price of the parts. Upon determination by
company that the original parts are defective, Company will notify Purchaser of such
determination and will issue any credit due to Purchaser. (This Option will minimize the
period of time during which Purchaser is unable to use the original
parts.)
6. Use reasonable care in maintenance, operation, use and storage of the product in
accordance with the instructions provided.
7. Have warranty work performed by a dealer or representative approved by Fiamma, Inc.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which
vary from state to state.
