LIMITED WARRANTY

Fiamma, Inc. carries a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase to the original purchaser. This is a nontransferable warranty.

                IMPORTANT: In case of rain,

1. Incline the awning and lower one end slightly for the drainage of the water. During heavy rains we recommend closing the awning to prevent water pooling which can stretch the fabric and cause the awning to roll up incorrectly.

2. Attach the center rafter underneath the awning fabric.

IMPORTANT: In case of wind, Close the awning.

The following items are covered under this warranty. Defects in material or workmanship including the following:

The canopy material is warranted against:

c. Excessive cracking, peeling, hardening, or loss of strength under normal conditions and if not subjected to high winds or water pooling.

Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
